• Location Data: With your permission, we collect your precise location while you use the app in order to show nearby spots and enable live location sharing with your community. If you enable background tracking, we may also collect your location when the app is not actively open, solely to support live tracking features you have chosen to use.
• Usage and Diagnostic Data: We use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand how the app is used and to identify and fix technical issues. This may include device information, app usage patterns, and crash logs.
• Biometric Authentication: If you choose to enable Face ID login, this authentication is handled entirely on your device using Apple's Face ID system. We do not receive, store, or have access to any biometric data — your device simply confirms your identity locally before granting access to the app.

• Other users: If you use live location sharing features, your location is shared with the specific users or community you choose to share it with within the app.

Your Choices and Rights

• You can disable location access at any time via your device's Settings app.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
• You can disable Face ID login at any time from within the app's settings without affecting your ability to log in via your standard credentials.

Data Retention

We retain your account and location data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Children's Privacy

KiteFlow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
